The Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) aims to contribute to improving the living conditions of vulnerable people affected by humanitarian shock, natural disaster or epidemic by preserving their safety and dignity and to provide an initial response to their urgent needs through a multisectoral response including NFI, EHA and Secal.

1. NFI :
a. 12,000 Households (65,000 Beneficiaries) for NFI activities (including 2,400 targeted by HEB distributions)
b. 1,000 households (5,000 beneficiaries) targeted by NFI fairs or cash
2. EHA: 40,000 Beneficiaries
a. Access to water: 5,000 beneficiaries
b. Access to sanitation: 3,000 beneficiaries
c. Hygiene awareness: 36,000 beneficiaries
