Provision of Unconditional Cash Assistance to the flood affected communities of district Sukkur in Sindh Province, Pakistan

The proposed project intends to provide unconditional cash assistance to the 10,000 flood-affected household of district Sukkur over a period of three months. All the project beneficiaries will receive three cycles of Cash, one cash cycle in each month. The proposed project aims to reach 10,000 households (70,000 individuals) through the provision of Unconditional Cash Assistance, as it will allow crisis-affected households to fulfill their basic food needs and dignify them. ACTED will also encourage the (95% of the project beneficiaries) communities to participate in repair and rehabilitation of infrastructure and also provide mini repair toolkits to those individuals who will be showing interest in participating in the repair and rehabilitation activities.
