Provision of Unconditional Cash Assistance to the flood affected communities of district Ghotki in Sindh Province, Pakistan

The proposed project intends to provide unconditional cash assistance to the 11,000 flood-affected household of district Ghotki over a period of 3 months. All the project beneficiaries will receive 03 cycles of Cash, one cash cycle in each month. The proposed project aims to reach 11,000 households (77,000 individuals) through the provision of Unconditional Cash Assistance, as it will allow flood-affected households to fulfill their basic food needs and dignify them. ACTED will also encourage the (approximately 95% of the beneficiaries) communities to participate in repair and rehabilitation of infrastructure and also provide mini repair toolkits to those individuals who will be showing interest in participating in the repair and rehabilitation activities.
