During this 12-month intervention, IMPACT plans to reduce the overall impact of the conflict on displaced refugee populations by providing targeted and timely information to support evidence-based planning and programming for humanitarian actors, local authorities, and CSOs; which will ensure a more efficient response within the humanitarian planning cycle. The following activities are set to be implemented over a duration of 12 months: i) Profiling, needs, services in sites of displacement out of Ukraine; ii) Longitudinal study on refugees’ journeys and experiences from Ukraine to countries of first displacement and further into the EU, and iii) Income -Expenditure Gap analysis to inform MEB and transfer value design
