Provide rapid, flexible assistance to address the emergency needs of conflict-affected populations in Ukraine and neighbouring countries

This 12-month intervention aims to provide essential humanitarian assistance to conflict-affected populations inside Ukraine, in Moldova and Romania. In Ukraine specifically, ACTED will distribute MPCA to 1,000 individuals, in addition to 10,000 hot meals or food parcels to IDPs and people on the move via canteens, catering businesses. ACTED will also conduct rapid assessments in 20 collective centers, and procure core relief items, incl. 260 NFI kits, 500 HH hygiene kits, 500 baby hygiene kits for distribution into besieged or at risk locations of eastern Ukraine. Finally, 5 CSOs will receive individual donations of approx. 15K-35K EUR to support them in delivering aid into conflict-affected locations.
