Promoting resilience and social cohesion through an integrated response to vulnerable communities in Yemen

Yemen Zero Poverty
June 2020
December 2022

In a consortium with IRC, NRC, DRC, CARE and Search for Common Ground, ACTED will promote resilience and social cohesion for vulnerable communities in Dhamar and Lahj governorates, through an integrated approach, with special focus on IDPs, returnees and host communities. ACTED will provide support through WASH assistance, livestock activities and capacity building of local CSOs. Additionally, the consortium will implement activities including small business grants, loans committees, food security assistance, primary and reproductive health care and voluntary relocation of IDPs. Activities in the inception phase have been planned specifically to allow for accurate beneficiary numbers to be calculated during this period.
