Process and Post Distribution Monitoring for Cash Assistance for IDPs in and outside Camps

This 11-month intervention aims to ensure that UNHCR-provided cash distributions for internally displaced populations in the Centre and South of Iraq are run along improved distribution targeting modalities and based on the needs of beneficiaries. IMPACT will:
1) produce a cumulative end-of-year impact and trends analysis report of multi-purpose cash assistance (MPCA) covering distributions completed by UNHCR and partners in Centre/South (to be completed based on the activities conducted within the scope of the 2017 partnership),
2) Conduct comprehensive PoC-based post-distribution monitoring (PDM) and analysis of the 2018 Winterization cash distributions by UNHCR and partners across the Centre/South,
3) Conduct comprehensive PoC-based PDM and analysis of the 2018 cash distributions conducted by UNHCR and partners across the Centre/South,
4) Provide monthly evidence-based recommendations on improved targeting of vulnerable PoC, modalities of distribution, and compliance issues; based on monthly PDM of all cash distributions by UNHCR and partners,
5) Provide evidence-based recommendations on improved targeting of vulnerable PoC, modalities of MPCA distribution, and compliance issues; based on comprehensive end-line PDM activities of distributions conducted since the start of the project.
