In the wake of a second wave of COVID-19 outbreak in Thailand, it is critical to prevent the transmission of the virus into the refugee camps at the Thai-Myanmar border. This 6-month project aims to prevent the spread of COVID-19 into the northernmost refugee camps in Mae Hong Son, namely Ban Mai Nai Soi and Ban Mae Surin by reinforcing communication skill of 36 facilitators and transitioning them to work under the management of 2 Livelihood Camp Committees and preparing 10,140 camp residents through the distribution of COVID-19 prevention kits and the sensitization on respecting rules at the quarantine facilities.
