REACH in collaboration with UN OCHA and through the mandate of the UN Humanitarian Country Team (HCT), proposes to conduct a second round of Multi-Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA). The assessment will consist of a multi-sectoral household (HH) survey employed among a representative sample nationwide, and is expected to include key sectors such as shelter, education, economic vulnerability, food security and livelihoods, health, nutrition, protection, and water, sanitation and hygiene.
