Multi-sectoral needs assessment of newly displaced refugees in South-West and West-Nile regions of Uganda

Uganda Humanitarian Action
July 2022
December 2022

Under IMPACT’s REACH initiative and in partnership with CESVI and WHH, ACTED will roll out a rapid multi-sectoral assessment focusing on the push-pull factors, humanitarian and long-term needs of the newly displaced DRC and South Sudan-coming refugees, with a particular focus on settlement areas (Rhino Camp, Naikivale Refugee Settlements) and holding centre. The assessment will combine quantitative household-level survey, Key Informant Interviews and Focus Group Discussions and will a basis for joint programme design and preparation work, which will enable A2015 partners to acquire reliable and timely data to develop a needs-driven, gap-filling multi-sectoral response as per each partner’s capacity.
