Multi-Sectoral Needs Assessment (MSNA) for Evidence-Based Aid Planning and Delivery in Myanmar

REACH will conduct a multi-sector needs assessment, covering all 15 States in Myanmar, in order to inform humanitarian programming, in particular the 2023 Humanitarian Programming Cycle (HPC) process and the 2023 Humanitarian Needs Overview. The assessment will consist of a multi-sectoral quantitative household survey across all 15 States, including education, food security, health, nutrition, protection, SNFI, CCCM, WASH, as well as cross-cutting issues such as AAP and disability. IM products will include 1 ToR, a data analysis plan, 1 clean household MSNA dataset, 1 disaggregated descriptive statistics, and 1 preliminary findings presentation. Further outputs will be created outside of the grant period under co-funding.
