Due to decades of blockage and restrictions in the Gaza Strip, the needs in WASH are severe. This 12-months project aims to provide an emergency WASH assistance to the community of Wadi As Salqa in the Middle Area Governorate in the Gaza Strip. This objective will be achieved through the procurement of equipment (Water tanks, HTWS, etc), the rehabilitation and improvement of sanitation activities, distribution of kits and strengthening protection approach. It will target 854 direct beneficiaries: 150 households will benefit from HWTS, storage tank, sanitation improvement and awareness campaign, and 14 individuals for being part of the WASH protection committee and will receive trainings. The project will be implemented with CESVI as lead.
