The project’s objective is to support women’s economic participation through increasing their involvement in the Employment Intensive Infrastructure Programme (EIIP) in Lebanon. This will be achieved through realization of the overall outcome of Increasing vulnerable Syrian and Lebanese women’s knowledge and ability to join the workforce in the non-traditional market sector through delivery of skills training, capacity building and decent work income generating opportunities. The proposed intervention will aim at engaging 376 unique participants, Lebanese and Syrian women and girls, across the North, South, Mount Lebanon and Bekaa governorates. In each governorate, 94 individual beneficiaries will be selected.
