During this 12-month project implemented in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, ACTED, in partnership with IMPACT and Save the Children International, will deliver Multi-Purpose Cash assistance to 2,335 individuals among the most vulnerable people (GCA: 1,900; NGCA: 435), Winterization assistance to 3,628 individuals (GCA: 928 cash-based; NGCA: 2,700 in-kind) to address multi-sectoral and winterization needs, and Livelihood Grants to 252 individuals (GCA: 192; NGCA: 60); it will improve water supply, distribute WASH NFIs and promote hygiene practices for 26,840 indirect beneficiaries (GCA: 24,040, NGCA: 2,800); a REACH assessment of Household Economic Resilience (HERA) will be run in GCA to capture data on HH resilience.
