Considering the scale of pandemic and the needs for health and WASH assistance for vulnerable communities. The project is aimed to increase the sustainability and impact of the government’s COVID-19 response plan, addressing the needs of health facilities and communities through an integrated approach that incorporates interventions in health and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). It is a 18 months (12 months implementation) emergency intervention that aims to mobilize resources and build upon existing capacities to respond to the COVID emergency in 24 districts for whole alliance 2015, whereas four districts are prioritized for the intervention where ACTED will intervene to meet the needs of the most affected. Sindh namely Sukkur, Shikarpur, Mirpurkhas and Badin.
