Improve conditions in collective sites and support coordination through monitoring and site management

During this 12-month project, REACH will provide humanitarian actors with the required information and technical support to meet the basic needs of IDPs, notably, through collective site mapping, collective site monitoring and durable solutions monitoring for site populations (this latter will be replaced by ABAs of locations with high number of IDPs should the displacement and/or humanitarian situation deteriorate drastically. On the other hand, ACTED will support an estimate number of 5,760 displaced people in 70 collective sites (30 in Kirovohrad and 40 in Dnipropetrovsk oblasts, through site-level coordination and management, site improvements and maintenance, communication with communities activities, protection mainstreaming, capacity building of local actors, delivery of NFI and cleaning furniture and items, as well as sustainable handover and promotion of early recovery strategies.
