As a continuation of the IDP Situation Monitoring Initiative which began in 2016, ACTED in collaboration with IMPACT Initiatives (IMPACT), through their interagency field initiative REACH and local partners, will monitor the movements of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and Spontaneous Return (SR) populations across accessible, opposition-held areas of Idleb, Hama and Aleppo governorates in Northwest Syria for five months and 20 days, to make available frequent, consistent and verified information to inform the humanitarian community.
