June 2021

During this 12-month project, REACH will conduct a remote Humanitarian Situation Monitoring (HSM) assessment in Donetsk and Luhansk Non-Government-Controlled Areas (NGCA) to measure how COVID-19, and in particular the closure of Entry-Exit Crossing Points (EECP), affect populations in NGCA. Data will be collected on the Health sector, Economic Security, WASH and Accountability to Affected Populations. Three rounds of data collection, with 4 month intervals will take place to track the evolution of indicators. Assessment findings will be disseminated to inform the humanitarian response in NGCA.
