To address the critical humanitarian needs caused by the launch of Russian military operations in Ukraine on February 24th, ACTED will implement a 9-month response targeting 22,500 conflict-affected individuals and 8 CSOs in Northern, Central and Eastern Ukraine. Through a strategic humanitarian supply chain system, ACTED will deliver emergency food and non-food assistance in besieged and severely at-risk locations of Northern and Eastern Ukraine. ACTED will also support conflict-affected individuals with three monthly installments of MPCA (2,220 UAH/month) and 10,000 meals/food parcels in Western and Southern Ukraine.
