The 9- month project (1st April – 31st December 2022) aims to meet the immediate food gaps, enhance the livelihoods and build a longer-term resilience of the crisis-affected resident and protracted IDPs populations living in Damazine, Geisan, El Roseires and Ulu areas of Blue Nile state. To achieve the specific objectives, ACTED will engage 13,496 individuals in Food For Asset (FFA) activities, which will include: construction of schools, youth centers or health units structures; community vegetable gardens; rain water asset rehabilitation or construction; reforestation and rangeland rehabilitation. The project will reach a total of 53,983 individuals, including the HHs’ members of the CfWs.
