Food and Livelihoods Assistance to Vulnerable Households in Tanganyika and Haut Katanga in DRC

This 12-month project aims to provide life-saving assistance to vulnerable households affected by inter-community conflict and displacement by improving access to food and livelihoods while promoting a gender and protection approach. The project will focus on Manono and Nyunzu territories in Tanganyika Province. ACTED will support 3,825 households with food and cash distributions with an area-based (non-mobile) approach and 675 households through cash for work, 2,500 households will receive a rapid emergency food distribution and 1,250 households will receive livelihood support (1,000 households in agricultural recovery and 250 in IGA).
