Yemen Access to Basic Services
November 2020
February 2021

With funding from Hungary Helps, through Hungarian Interchurch Aid, this project aims to provide vulnerable populations in DFA-controlled areas of Yemen with a sustainable source of sustenance whilst creating opportunities for income generating activities. Within the scope of this project, ACTED plans to build a bakery in Sanhan district (10 km from Sana’a city), creating job opportunities for people living in the area and contributing to food security in the surrounding villages. The project is expected to target 600 households, benefitting a total of 1500-1700 people, and will be implemented in partnership with Ikram Foundation.
