Emergency Response to Flood-affected Communities of Pakistan

The proposed intervention is aimed to provide life-saving assistance to the vulnerable flood-affected communities of Sindh and Baluchistan province through unconditional Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance, Water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities, and by providing shelter and NFIs. ACTED will retain countrywide flexibility, due to evolving emergency context, and reach with immediate relief assistance to flood-affected districts all across the country. In line with BHA’s intervention in Pakistan, through the achievement of this goal, ACTED will be providing the extremely vulnerable and disaster-affected 322,000 households (HH) humanitarian assistance. The project duration will be of 8 months from Sept 12, 2022 to May 11, 2023.
