Through the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM), ACTED will cover the basic water, hygiene and sanitation needs of displaced households as well as their shelter (1,400 kits) and non-food items (2,800 kits) needs, while putting in place tools to improve the resilience of populations in the EHA sector to link emergency and development.
