Republic of the Congo Humanitarian Action

The risks of the emergence and spread of Covid19, EBOLA virus and waterborne diseases are significantly reduced by improving the practices and means of Infection Prevention (IPC) and Water, Hygiene, Sanitation (WASH) for 53,000 vulnerable individuals in the Republic of Congo. The response involves the organisation of ICH/HWH and protection needs assessments, the distribution of ICH/HWH kits and hand-washing stations, the organisation of ICH/HWH/Protection awareness-raising sessions and the rehabilitation of WASH infrastructure; directly with vulnerable communities but also in health centres and public places.
