REACH will conduct an assessment to look into the perceptions on inclusion of refugees in Dadaab host communities, in order to inform future actions by humanitarian actors and authorities operating in Dadaab, and ensure that programming is aligned with the wants and needs of both refugees and host community. REACH will seek to understand what the current perceptions and aspirations of the host community are, to what extent do they feel informed regarding the future of the refugee camps and they’re able to access services, and what would be the impact on service availability in the event of camp closure.
