The ECHO Somalia Cash Consortium project aims to address the needs of the most vulnerable disaster-affected households by providing unconditional multi-purpose cash assistance. Faced with poor rains and protected drought conditions, cash assistance supports communities to improve their food security conditions and helps meet basic needs. The Cash Consortium aims to support 16,383 IDP and Host Community through Unconditional Cash Transfers in Somaliland, Puntland, and South-Central regions. The REACH project output focuses on Monitoring and Evaluation for all six Consortium members, REACH will conduct a Baseline line followed by four Post Distribution Monitoring reports in the project duration.
