The Cash Consortium Yemen (CCY), co-led by DRC and IOM, with ACTED and NRC, aims to establish a cash transfer mechanism that provides first-line humanitarian response and supports the transition of the most vulnerable into safety net programming. Over 12 months, the CCY will reach 12,672 conflict-affected households with one-off Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA). It is expected that 30% of the caseload will receive multiple payments for up to 3 months. Households will be targeted across a total of 26 districts situated in six governorates that contain active presence of partners and a high level of new internally displaced people (IDPs).
