July 2022

The 3 days Forum “Building a sustainable and inclusive agriculture system – together towards a Zero Exclusion, Zero Carbon, Zero Poverty Southeast Asian” will be co-design with a Regional Working Group composed of 1000 attendees, including actors from different sectors (public, private, civil society, media, academic) and representative of marginalised groups in Southeast Asia, in addition to a call for contributions to ensure a participative and inclusive programming process. As a next steps, bilateral discussions will lead to identifying new relevant contacts thus fostering good representation within the Working Group.

It will be held in person in Manilla, the Philippines, while sessions will be streamed live online to ensure regional participation and inclusiveness. It will include up to 12 sessions in interactive formats (roundtables, workshops, world-café, fishbowls, fail conferences etc.). It will also hold a professional fair to enable participants to collaboratively identify and create concrete innovative solutions for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals focused on fostering inclusive and sustainable agriculture systems and value chains and to develop multi-stakeholder partnerships for greater resilience in Southeast Asia.
