Libya

Assistance to Persons of Concern through Cashs, QIPs, Protection, Assessments and other interventions

Libya Humanitarian Action
January 2022
December 2022

This 1-year intervention seeks to address the lifesaving needs of conflict-affected Libyan and non-Libyan populations across Libya. It will contribute to strengthening social cohesion and community resilience in conflict-affected areas through the implementation of QIPs across Libya. It will also respond to the acute vulnerability of Libyan populations through safe and dignified access to basic services in Benghazi, child protection initiatives and multi-purpose cash assistance to 1,000 vulnerable HHs identified through a joint monitoring exercise. REACH will support the Cash Working Group through the Joint Market Monitoring Initiative and will conduct a countrywide Multi Sector Needs Assessment for refugees and migrants.
