Assistance to Persons of Concern through Cash, QIPs, Protection, Assessments and other interventions

Libya Humanitarian Action
January 2021
February 2022

This one year intervention seeks to address the lifesaving needs of conflict-affected Libyan and non-Libyans populations across Libya. The proposed action will contribute to strengthening social cohesion and community resilience in conflict-affected areas by supporting the implementation of quick impact projects across Libya.

It will also respond to the acute vulnerability of Libyan populations through safe and dignified access to basic services in Benghazi and providing multi-sectoral cash assistance to 1,835 Libyan households. REACH aims to support the Cash Working Group through the Joint Market Monitoring Initiative and will conduct a countrywide Multi Sector Needs Assessment for refugees and migrants.
