This 12-month project will strengthen the capacity of two national clusters (Food Security and Shelter/AME) by providing a national co-facilitator for each of them, two regional co-facilitators for the Food Security cluster as well as a technical information management team for the Shelter cluster and an information manager and a dedicated analysis team for the Food Security cluster. Through this project, ACTED aims to improve coordination between cluster partners, facilitate their access to information and strengthen their capacity to implement relevant activities in the Food Security and Shelter sector, as well as to ensure close collaboration between organizations involved in humanitarian action.

Emergency multi-sectoral response in food assistance, WASH, shelter and CCCM to people affected by displacements, in South-Kivu and Maniema provinces, and provision of humanitarian information services in the Democratic Republic of Congo

Multi-sectoral response in food assistance, agricultural support, economic recovery and WASH to Central African refugees and host populations, in North Ubangui, South Ubangui and Bas Uélé provinces in the Democratic Republic of Congo

Support to the Coordination of the Food Security and Shelter/AME Clusters in DRC

Water, Hygiene and Sanitation assistance to Central African refugees and host communities in North and South Ubangi and Bas-Uélé.
