Accessibility Assessment and Capacity and Vulnerability Assessments (CVAs) in eastern Ukraine

+During this 9-months project, IMPACT will conduct 4 assessments to inform Chemonics’ implementation of the five-year USAID Democratic Governance East Activity (DG East), which aims to strengthen the connection between citizens and their government in Eastern Ukraine (Government-Controlled Areas). Specifically, IMPACT will conduct an Accessibility Assessment in 15 cities – looking at health care, education, administrative and social services – and 3 urban Capacity and Vulnerability Assessments in selected large cities.
