ACCESS III: Provision of multi-sectoral humanitarian assistance to conflict-affected populations in eastern Ukraine

During this 12-months project, ACTED and REACH will continue to partner with other NGOs through the ACCESS Consortium, to deliver multi-sectoral assistance to conflict-affected populations in Eastern Ukraine. ACTED will distribute cash transfers to 1,250 of the most vulnerable people living close to the contact line, and continue providing MEAL support for Consortium partners’ cash-based programming. REACH will inform effective humanitarian aid planning and delivery in Eastern Ukraine through 2 Multi-Sectoral Humanitarian Overviews, covering both Government-Controlled Areas (GCA) and Non-Government Controlled Areas (NGCA). Finally, REACH will build the capacity of 12 humanitarian partners in Information Management and Geographic Information Systems.
