This 6-month project will aim at improving food security for the displaced population in Kachin State, in Northern Myanmar. In 2011, the increasing number of military conflicts in Kachin State led to important damages in infrastructures and to the displacement of 180 000 persons. The program will consist in food, seeds and tools distribution as well as agriculture trainings and hygiene promotion sessions in Pa La Na village. A total of 1,261 individuals (268 households) will benefit from the project.
