Multi-sectorial needs assessment

Between September 14th and November 30th 2017 REACH is conducting a mixed migration Multi-Sectoral Needs Assessment (MSNA) in three key urban migrant hubs, Sebha (South), Tripoli (West), Sabratha (West), enabling a deeper and more granular understanding of trends and needs which can inform the humanitarian response of targeting migrants. Specifically data will be collected on the multisectoral needs of this population of concern as well as data on their profile, routes, risks and needs, intentions, push and pull factors and trends of migration flows through qualitative Interviews with refugees and migrants in Libya and key informant interviews (KIIs), in order to produce three factsheets (1 per location) and a final MSNA report for dissemination to the wider humanitarian community.
