ACTED Turkey (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development in Turkey), implementing the project “Increasing refugees' ability to enjoy the right to work and enhance access to training opportunities” under UNHCR funding is inviting suppliers organisations and companies specializing in vocational training to submit offers.

 

The training is aimed at increase refugees’ employability and entrepreneurship in order to strengthen their self-reliance and livelihood conditions.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English and Turkish) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

-        A pre-tender information session will be organized on 07/07/2017 at 14:00 local time in ACTED representative office in Haraparası mah. 119. Sok. No:20 Zehide İş Merkezi Kat:1 31120 Antakya/Hatay, Turkey. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

 

All bids must be submitted before on 21/07/2017 at 17:00 local time at the address mentioned above in two separate sealed envelope/files (financial and technical offers) or by E-mail at turkey.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session for technical offers will take place on 24/07/2017 at 11:00 local time and a tender opening session for financial offers will take place on 26/07/2017 at 11:00 local at the ACTED representative office in Haraparası Mah. 119. Sok. No:20 Zehide İş Merkezi Antakya 31120 Hatay, Turkey. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
