BUILDING RESILIENCE IN THE MOST AFFECTED COMMUNITIES IN IRAQ
CALL FOR PREQUALIFICATION – RE ADVERTISEMENT
ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project Building Resilience in the Most Affected Communities in Iraq under funding from the Canadian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), is inviting suppliers to submit pre-qualification offers to the following call for tender:
Construction of a Leachate Treatment Facility at Kwashe Municipal Landfill
Detailed in the technical specifications
DDP – Kwashe Municipal Landfill
Constructor is responsible for all and any installation, configuration, testing or related works for the delivery of a fully operational facility
Six months after signature of the contract
The pre-qualification will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted before the 28th March 2017 at 5.00 PM at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org , Cc email@example.com . Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
This prequalification process has a question and clarification session to be held in Dohuk (Golvin 67 St. Malta Islam Quarter - Dohuk 3rd Street from Malta Hill Traffic Light to Down Town) on the 19th and 20th of April, 2017 upon schedule of the session through a formal request by letter to the above mentioned physical or digital addresses.
