INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER FOR THE AWARD

 OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT OF ONE YEAR

 ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) is implementing several projects in Libya and Tunis and is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for the following lots for the award of a framework contract of one year:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) are available for download from the ACTED website at
www.acted.org under the section “Tender” or can be collected from the ACTED office at Immeuble Nour, Rue du Corail – Office A1-1, 1st floor Les Jardins du Lac, Les berges du Lac 2 –1053, Tunis.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted before 02/10/2017 (2nd of October, 2017) at 12:00 PM (Tunis Time)  at ACTED Tunis office at at Immeuble Nour, Rue du Corail – Office A1-1, 1st floor Les Jardins du Lac, Les berges du Lac 2 –1053, Tunis, in a sealed envelope or by e-mail at libya.tender@acted.org , Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED Tunis will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 A tender opening session will take place on 6th October 2017 at 11am in the ACTED Tunis representative office.

Bidders may attend this opening session in which submissions are opened and deemed eligible for consideration based on the administrative requirements.
