Conserving and Supporting the Biodiversity of Nut Tree Forests in Arslanbob, Kyrgyzstan

Over this 7-month Project, ACTED will seek to strengthen the associated indigenous-led cultural land management and community-based livelihoods by strengthening custodians’ efforts in participatory forest management (PFM) and co-creating vibrant connections between nut-foresters and markets, in an effort to conserve and support indigenous custodians’ practices that sustain bio-cultural diversity in the landscapes of Arslanbob in Kyrgyzstan’s Jalal-Abad region.

This project is supported by the Keidanren Nature Conservation Fund.
