Cash for work in Mrauk-U township, Rakhine State for the rebuilding of damaged community infrastructures

This 3-month project proposes to rebuild damaged infrastructure and improve livelihoods to the most severely flood-affected people in 5 villages of Mrauk-U township of Rakhine State. Cash-for-work opportunities will be provided for 491 unskilled and vulnerable people in the selected villages, including 50% men and 50% women. At least one infrastructure, such as a pond, jetty, pathway or small bridge will be repaired in each village.
