CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project ““Strengthening humanitarian action in urban areas by promoting settlement approaches and effective engagement with local stakeholders”” under ECHO’s funding is inviting interested suppliers to submit offers for:

 

 

 The main objective of this final evaluation is to provide the project partners and ECHO with an external assessment of the results against the predefined indicators, as well as contribute to building the evidence base of the applicability of the settlements/area approach.

The tender will be open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

 

-         IMPACT representative office in Geneva: 7 Chemin de Balexert, 1219 Châtelaine – IMPACT INITIATIVES

 

Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Tender”.

 

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

 

All bids must be submitted before on 15/06/18 at 12:00 at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at tenders@impact-initiatives.org, Cc beryl.armand@impact-initiatives.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.  

 

IMPACT will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to IMPACT.

 

A tender opening session will take place on 20/06/18 at 14:00 in the IMPACT representative office in Geneva. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
