30 000 vulnerable Kyrgyz households receive food rations

OSH [ACTED News ] - 30,000 vulnerable households in 13 districts of Osh, Jalal-Abad, Batken and Naryn oblasts are currently receiving food distributions. By 24 January 2012, a total of 1,403 tons wheat flour and 150 tons of vegetable oil will be distributed. Each household will receive a two-month food ration, the amount of which depends on the size of the household. The beneficiary list has been produced with the close involvement of the local authorities.
